Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Rewardat. By accessing or using our platform (whether as a Merchant or an End-User), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of the platform immediately.
1. Use License & Permissions
For Businesses (B2B)
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Create and manage your brand's customized loyalty programs.
- Issue digital points, stamps, and vouchers to your customers.
- Access your merchant dashboard and performance analytics.
General Restrictions
You strictly agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with, hack, or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure.
- Resell, duplicate, or redistribute any part of the SaaS software without written authorization from Rewardat.
2. Account Management & Security
- Accuracy: You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating fake accounts to manipulate the points system or abuse promotional offers is strictly prohibited.
3. Loyalty Program Obligations
Merchant Responsibilities
As a business running a loyalty program on Rewardat, you agree to:
- Fully honor all points, rewards, and vouchers issued to your customers as advertised.
- Clearly communicate the terms of redemption and expiration to your customers.
- Comply with all applicable commercial and consumer protection laws in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. (Note: Rewardat acts solely as a technical provider and is not liable if a merchant refuses to honor a valid reward).
User (Customer) Responsibilities
- Use points and rewards legitimately and according to the issuing merchant's rules.
- Do not use software, bots, or technical exploits to artificially inflate point balances.
4. Fees and Subscriptions
- Billing: Subscription fees (for merchants) are billed in advance according to the agreed-upon plan (monthly or annually).
- Non-Refundable: All subscription fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing plans. Active merchants will receive a 30-day notice prior to any changes taking effect.
5. Intellectual Property
- Our Rights: All intellectual property rights related to the Rewardat software, designs, and brand identity remain our exclusive property.
- Your Content: Merchants retain ownership of their business logos and customer data. You grant us a license to display this content on the platform to facilitate your loyalty program.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The Rewardat platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Rewardat shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or disputes arising between a merchant and their customers regarding reward redemption.
- Our maximum financial liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities on the platform.
- Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amman.
